Stefan Schuster's article for the Biothermokinetics (BTK)
conference had a slightly different title but dealt with a topic
along similar lines. His title was "Topological analysis of
metabolic networks. Application to the metabolism of
Mycoplasma pneumoniae". You can view the document on the
