Since posting my remarks earlier today I have received some information
that is likely to be a useful supplement to what I said.
There is a web site at http://www.cstl.nist.gov/div831/ that leads to the
data (and more) that I referred to. At least from this side of the Atlantic
this is extremely slow to access (at least, it was today), probably because
it seems to include some large images, so it's likely to be a lot quicker
to go straight to the enzyme data at
