Well, my web site's log file showed this URL:

http://www.symbio.jst.go.jp/systemsbiology/links/sim.html

That page contains the following links to these computer programs:

                      BioSpice & Stochastica
                      DBsolve
                      DynaFit
                      E-CELL
                      GEPASI
                      GENESIS
                      MetaModel
                      NAMD
                      Neuron
                      SCAMP
                      SCoP
                      StochSim
                      Virtual Cell

I wasn't aware of some of these programs, so that was relatively
useful. However, when I tried to get to the links page from the main
page, I got the "Dummy Text." content that you found, so that was not
useful at all.

Someone could alert the webmasters, but I just did not have time and
energy. For one thing, I don't even know if this is a "Japan /
Government" domain (symbio.jst.go.jp), or a generic "Nonprofit
Organization" domain (systems-biology.org) which they show in the
headers of each page.

Seems like the whole operation is very much 'in status nascendi'.
Interestingly, they did already manage to have Pedro Mendes (among
others) over for a seminar.
