My impression is that some of them like it quite a lot, but maybe you mean
us not them!

This may be because it's relatively recently published, and I don't know
how quickly libraries order and catalogue new books. Of course, it would be
nice (for some of us more than others!) if the book were more widely
available. Maybe you could suggest it to your librarian? Meanwhile, you can
see the complete list of contents at

A little of it is (my own contributions, for example, accessible from the
URL above), and the original (not the published) form of Douglas Kell and
Pedro Mendes's discussion paper is at
http://gepasi.dbs.aber.ac.uk/dbk/mca99bio.htm
In addition, all of the abstracts are available at
http://ir2lcb.cnrs-mrs.fr/~athel/program.htm (again in the form they were
submitted originally, not necessarily as actually published).

I don't know if it still functions now that Plenum (together with its
contracts with NATO) has been bought by Kluwer and the prices increased by
around 300%, but in the past individual scientists could buy NATO volumes
for very reasonable prices.
