You're a bit obscure Frank. Are you describing something like SPR
diffusion? If so David's Clamp site will have something and I'm privvy to
Robert Karlsson right now with a BIAsymposium we're holding here in
Brisbane - so I could ask him directly.
I got a feeling you're not though. But if you were more specific I
could deconvolute it from a flaw I perceive in kinetic equations of SPR
systems - especially in a BIAcore, where a mw is assumed and sphere radii
pre-set.
