I would hesitate to call it the "best" resource, but "a" resource is my
database of literature references for metabolic control analysis and
related topics, which you can find at

It's a while since I did any serious updating, but if interested people
would like to check if their own most recent contributions in this area are
listed and let me know if they aren't I shall try to put it into a better
