Moderation of this newsgroup

Gary,

we've had discussions before about moderation. If my memory is correct, the 
only reason why we did not go ahead with this is because the original 
founder of the newsgroup is no longer active here and we couldn't change 
the settings. If you are able to do this, I think everyone would be very 
grateful. (but knowing the strong-minded bunch we are, there will be 
different opinions in followups now)
