Dear Net,
Has anyone ever used inhibitors, other than antisense molecules, to probe
cellular events involved in development, in vivo? For example, antibodies
against particular components such as gap junctions, or inhibitors like
colchicine? If so, how were such inhibitors administered--by microinjection?
Or by feeding? Or some other way?
