Cosmid Vector Sequences

All the cosmid vector sequences used by the genome project are
available by anonymous ftp from cele.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk, in directory
pub/seqs.  In fact they have been there for the last two years -- I
probably should have publicized this more widely.  Now we are the
Sanger Centre I guess we should also put them in a more obvious place
on the Sanger Centre ftp site.
