I am looking for a convenient procedure to make L1 larvae easily visible in a drop of water on a plate. I am thinking mostly about vital dyes (nile blue?) modified coli or variations on transmitted illumination. The worms must survive. Any ideas? Tested or untested (and crazy is OK too).
