Is the C.elegans genomic DNA server down?

    Does anyone know if the genomic DNA sequence repository server 
(ftp.sanger.ac.uk) is down or is there just an abnormally high load on that 
machine.  For the past two days I have been trying to log on to that machine by 
anonymous ftp and have been told it has 10 users, which is the maximum number of
anonymous users it can handle.  Has anyone else had any problems with the 
server?
