protocol for antiHA staining

Dear worm netters,

I seem to remember that HA has been used successfully as an epitope tag for
studying worm gene expression, but can't find where/who that was.  Does
anybody have a good protocol for doing immunofluorescence using the 12B5
anti-HA MAb, or point me towards a knowledgeable member of the community?
