Stainless steel toxicity?

Hi,
   I wonder if I could use stainless steel, of one grade or another, to
build a culture vessel for long-term liquid culture of C. elegans?
Does anyone know if stainless steel would render S basal + OP50 at all
toxic to the worms?  Thanks in advance for all comments and opinions!
