increased permeability mutants

Dear nema-netters,

There have been anecdotal reports every now and then that some mutants show
increased sensitivity to lots of different drugs, presumably because they
have an increased cuticular permeability.  What's the latest on this?  Are
these anecdotal observation bogus?  Published?  Does anybody have a
compendium of which mutants show increase sensitivity?  Any information on
this topic would be greatly appreciated.
