Hybridization with YAC filter

Hi netter,

We just got one YAC filter  as well as a hybridization protocolfrom MRC.
The hybridization ptotocol they send to us is different from the one that
we use routinlly . Now here my question is if anyone has tried using some
protocols
other than MRC's to probe the yac filter successfully, and what kind of 
protocol is it?  Any information will be apparaciated.
