large scale liquid culture

When we grow our nematodes in liquid, we use a cocktail of Nystatin,
and pen/strep/neo to keep our contaminants in check.

I am curious though....has anyone used other antimicrobial/fungal 
agents besides the ones I mentioned? The reason I am asking is I 
need to star some cultures over the weekend, and I have run out of
Nystatin, but I have access to fungizone....will it kill my worms?

Curious minds want to know.
