Hi, Has anyone out there identified any "factor" resopnse elements in sequencing the promoter region of their favorite gene? I am interested to find out the nematode consensus of any elements which may reside in genes, such as, cAMP-response element, GRE, TRE etc. Any information would be much appreciated!
