C. elegans Genome Sequence Blast Server


	It is now possible to search the C. elegans sequences 
produced by the C. elegans genome project on-line.  The 
nucleotide database consists of finished sequences from both 
the St. Louis and Cambridge groups. It also contains sequences
from currently unfinished cosmids within the Cambridge group.
Searching is available by using either Blastn, TBlastn and TBlastx. 
Searching is done using a WWW interface and is accessed from 
within the C. elegans home page from:-
