I happened to find an old advertisment for the book (and disks) refered to
by Aquiles Lima-Rodriguez and Leon Avery.

"AY's Neuroanatomy of C. elegans for Computation" by Achacoso and Yamamoto
(hence, AY). ISBN 0-8493-4234-4. CRC Press 407-994-0555, 2000 Corporate
Blvd, NW, Boca Raton, FL 33431, USA. It includes tables of connectivity
culled from White et al 1986 (and I think other places) and
"machine-readable" tabulated data. I have heard that some of the
connections are "inferred" from the EM plus behavioral data, so one must be
very careful. Also, as Leon points out, some say that many synapses may
have been missed that might not be preserved by the EM fixation used. The
book and disk might be useful to avoid typing in all the info over again,
as long as you are aware of possible pitfalls.
