Genomic structure

Hi,

As will become obvious, I am not a "worm person", but I have some questions
about the genomic structure of C. elegans. Specifically, do most/all/no
genes have intons and if so, do they tend to be larger/smaller than
mammalian (human) introns? I ask this because I have a portion of a human
cDNA that appears to be homologous to a portion of a C.elegans cosmid clone
in the database. I just want to get a little background info on genomic
structure in worms as a start.
Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated! Please respond directly
to my e-mail since I do not read this group regularly.

Thanks,

Bruce
