help - antibody staining!

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to stain L2 worms with antibodies but the method
I have results in losing a lot of animals, as a consequence I need to 
start with more than 100 animals.
Has anyone got a good antibody staining method for when you only have a 
limited number of worms -ie 20 of L2?
