I'm working in Peter Candido's lab and we're thinking of doing some two-hybrid screening to look for proteins that interact in the ubiquitin system. I was wondering if anyone has a C. elegans two-hybrid system up and running? If so is there any chance we could screen your cDNA bait library? Thanks in advance Dave
