Array integration

Dear Breeders,

	I am trying to integrate an extrachromosomal array that I 
injected into a chromosome of the N2 strain.  I used the dominant marker 
pRF4 for the selection.  I followed the protocol published by S. Mitani 
(WBG 14, p.22) using UV as the mutagenic source, but it  failed to give 
any integrants (I screened 500 F1s and 2 F2s for each F1).  Could anybody 
give me some advice on how to perform integration.
