Flow cytometry

Hi,
I'm going to be doing some flow cytometry on worm cells and am looking
for a good nuclear isolation protocol. I've looked through the worm
literature index, but can't seem to come up with anything - either I'm
using the wrong search terms or it's not there or... any ideas? Thanks.
