3rd generation GFPs in worms?

Hi,

Several of you requested that I post a summary of the responses
to my query about use of the even brighter GFP (S65T + F64L)
in worms.

Unfortunately, the summary is:  I got no responses from anyone who's tried it.

I'll post here if I get any more info.
