Narishige PB-7 needle puller

I have inherited a Narishige PB-7 needle puller to use to make injection
needles.  I have read in past postings that several folks have this same
needle puller.  I am having trouble getting good needles for injection.  The
best needles I've pulled so far is using all the weights and a two-stage pull.
 Although everyone likes different needle shapes (I like 'em long and thin), I
would like to know what sorts of settings others are using.
