My department is looking to hire a visiting assistant professor (non-tenure
track) to teach intro. bio. to majors and non-majors, genetics, and/or
microbiology. This is a good opportunity to get some teaching experience and
while the position does not officially provide time (or money) for research
it would be possible for someone to at least continue to do some C. elegans
genetics (for example, we have incubators and dissecting, Nomarski, and
fluorescence scopes). The ad is shown below and ran in Science last week.
If you have any questions about the position or about John Carroll Unversity,
don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
