Research Technician Position available in the Developmental Signal Transduction
laboratory (headed by Dr. Andy Golden)in the ABL-Basic Research Program of the
National Cancer Institute, in Frederick, Maryland. To assist with research on
cell cycle genes involved in C. elegans development.  Responsibilities include
DNA sub-cloning, RT-PCR analysis, RNA and protein expression studies, and
microinjection of transgenes.  Experience in molecular biology techniques a
must.  Familiarity with RNA in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry and
protein expression systems also required. A BS/MS degree in a biological science
and miniumum of 2 years experience required. Excellent benefits including
