GFP maturation

Hi everyone - Does anybody know about the time of GFP maturation in the
worm (using the S65C-GFP, pPD95-75 vector series from Andy Fire) ?? Meaning
if one sees a GFP reporter to come on at minute X in embryogenesis how many
minutes does one have to calculate back to get real start of expression ??
Did anybody ever compare onset of GFP reporter with antibody stain ??
