signal peptide prediction of a genomic sequence???

I have a C. elegans genomic segment of 30 kb, which probably contains a
gene. I do not know where exactly the gene lies , nor do I know its cDNA
sequence. If I translate the entire sequence in the three frames, is
there a possibility of finding/identifying the signal sequences by any
computer program.
