Enhancer assay vectors

Dear Worm breeders,

I am trying to identify neuronal enhancers that promote vab-7 expression in
the DB motorneurones within vab-7 introns.


Has anybody used an enhancer assay vector for neuronal expression ?


Are there any neuronal minimal promoters that I can use ?
