phospho-tyrosine Abs

Hi wormies,

I was wondering if anybody has had any experience using phospho-tyrosine
specific antibodies for western blotting worm lysates.  Specifically,
has anybody tried the 4G10 MAb from Upstate Biotech?  How about PY20
from Transduction Labs?  Any others?
