help please, telomere and target insertion

 Can anyone can help me on the following questions?  Your help is greatly 
appreciated! 
  Is there any known telomere-binding protein in c elegans?
  Are the telomeres sequences available?(I serached in the genebank but got no 
      luck.  Just wonder if anyone out there happen to know it.)
  Is there any way to do targeted insertion into the chromosome in c elegans?
