C. elegans protocol needed

     Hello, I'm a 4th Year Science student doing a project on C. elegans.
Just wondering if anybody knows a protocol for collecting
excretory-secretory  products from C. elegans (just in case any special
procedures need to be  followed!)? If anybody can provide any assistance it
