Looking for an efficient soaking protocol for RNAi

Dear Colleagues,

I was wondering if someone has an efficient protocol for RNAi and would
like share it. The microinjection is not an efficient one for me since I
need a lot of RNAi-worms for analysis. Any suggestions will also be greatly
appreciated.
