EMS at 15C

Thanks to those who answered my question about the efficiency of EMS
as a mutagen at 15C (including the enigmatic answer "e" from Patricia
Lopez).
We have now carried out three mutageneses, with 50 mM EMS for 4h30,
and  obtained an average of 9.5% lethals in the F2.
