Two-hybrid screen

Hi everyone,

I would like to do a two-hybrid screen with my protein of interest. I know
that it exists a library of protein expressed as a transcriptional
activation domain fusion from Bob Barstead, but I am looking for a library
of protein expressed as a DNA-binding domain fusion. If such a library
existed, would be possible to get an aliquot from it ?
