The sequence of pRF4

I have conducting microinjections with pRF4 as a marker.
I have pRF4 plasmid, but I don't know the sequence or enzyme mapping
data.
If you know the information about pRF4, would you tell me it?
Another question ; I had F1 roller, but failed to F2 roller pogeny.
How do I get roller transgenics?
