phenotype analysis for RNAi?

I am an UG student doing a project based upon feeding-mediated RNAi
expts. I have successfully constructed the vectors but have only a few
weeks left to do the phenotypic analyses for each gene. Being a newcomer
to worm biology let alone phenotypic analysis I was wondering whether
there might be a "checklist" of gross phenotypic changes that I could use
as a guide to help me perform at least the initial analyses?
