[Celegans] Req: C. elegans neural connectivity information

To Whom it May Concern,

I tried to get a larger dataset of the C. elegans neuronal connectivity. 
However, the floppy (5.25") with that data (from the book: Achacoso & 
Yamamoto (1992): Ay's Neuroanatomy of C. Elegans for Computation, CRC 
Press) was unreadable. Does anyone have the dataset from the above book and 
could sent it to me by E-Mail?
