[Celegans] injection volume

To all microinjectors,
     I am collaborating with a colleague to inject an aptamer into C.  
elegans and we want to estimate the final concentration of the  
aptamer after injection into the gonad.  For this calculation, we  
need to know what sort of volume is typically injected in a  standard  
microinjection.  Any estimates??
