DNA extraction for PCR

Hello, again!  Does anybody have any tried and true methods or
suggestions for extracting DNA from tumor samples?  The DNA will be used
to detect oncogenes and/or tumor suppressor genes using PCR.  Thanks for
any and all suggestions.  If there is any interest, I will post results.
