ar42j cell line

Hi, can anyone give me advice on the successful tissue culture of this 
pancreatic tumor cell line?  I am currently growing them in HamsF12K medium 
w/ 20% FCS as per ATCC recommended method in 5% CO2 with 50ug/ml gentamicin 
and 2.5ug/ml amphotericin B.  Needles to say I am not having any success in 
expanding them?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thakyou in
