subcellular localization of DNAses

Hi there,
has anyone got a clue about subcellular localization of mammalian DNAses, i.e.
which organelles contain these enzymes. Are any DNAses to be found in nucleus
as well? What about the cytosol?
If one freezes a tissue sample and afterwards lets it thaw overnight, the
genomic DNA will be degraded. Are only lysosomal DNAses (lysosomes break
during freezing & thawing) responsible?
Thanks, Robert
