Tumour cell plasma membranes

Does anyone have any experience with isolating the plasma
membranes of human tumour cells. I am trying to isolate a
glycoprotein from the plasma membrane of a human tumour cell
line. Most isolation methods were designed for rat liver etc.,
and don't seem to give good results with this tissue type.
furter purification will require solubilization with detergent
and perhaps reconstitution with lipids after detergent removal so
the starting product should be as pure as possible. Thanks in
advance.
