Collagen gels

I am after information regarding the source or supplier of collagen gels.  The reference I have (J. exp. Med. 1992:176 819-828) gives Collagen Corporation. Palo Alto, CA as the supplier, but gives no address or other reference.  I cannot find any other information within Australia.  Can any one assist in this matter?  Information on other collagen gels would be appreciated.
