Bioreactor survey

For my "Master-of-Business -Administration" program at the university of
Birmingham, I have to write a
marketing plan. I would like to do that for a certain bioreactor type for
mammalian cells. To identify
customer needs in this field, I want to start a survey on that (market research

....).

I need your help:  Who would be willed to answer my short questionaire (2
