PDGF hybridisation - HELP

[126DANIE at WITSVMA.WITS.AC.ZA]

Does anyone have any information on the hybridisation (DNA probes to RNA on
nylon membranes) conditions for PDGF-A, PDGF-B (c-sis), PDGF receptors A
and B (for end-labelled and multiprime-labelled probes)?
