hi there, could anybody direct me to a method of fixing pancreas samples to preserve as much of it's structure... I fear that common methods (formaline etc...) will liberate those enzymes, including nucleases and proteases, from the acini... maybe this needs a cold fixation approach? many thanks for any pointers kind regards, Roland
