mannose receptor-expressing cells

Dear netters

I am having problems with mannose receptor (MR)-transfected fibroblast cells 
- they don't posses any MRs !!    Does anyone have or know of any cells which 
posses the MR (apart from macrophages which are awkward to obtain / isolate) 
or perhaps a cell line transfected with the MR gene and KNOWN to express MRs ?

Recommendations / suggestions / advice   PLEASE. Thanks.
